责任制整体护理实施现状及影响因素调查分析 被引量:27

摘要 目的了解重庆市二、三级医院责任制整体护理的实施现状及影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷对重庆市二、三级医院的1 674名护士进行调查和分析。结果所有科室的排班方式均体现了责任制整体护理模式,57.3%护士所在科室开展责任制整体护理达5年以上;90%以上的护士认为责任制整体护理工作模式使患者得到了更好的照护,患者对护理工作满意度提高,而护士自身的能力也得到提升;护士认为人力不足(88.8%)和护士薪酬偏低(85.8%)是影响责任制整体护理开展的主要因素。结论重庆市二、三级医院已广泛开展责任制整体护理,并取得明显的成效,还需进一步保障人力资源和后勤支持,降低护士劳动强度,提高护士薪酬,简化护理文书,完善质量控制体系,以更好地推动责任制整体护理的持续深入开展。 Objective To assess the level of implementation of duty driven holistic nursing in secondary and tertiary hospitals m Chongqing and to explore the influencing factors. Methods A total of 1 674 nurses working in secondary or tertiary hospitals in Chongqing were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire. Results Staff shift scheduling in all departments where nurses worked in represented duty-driven holistic nursing. Almost sixty percent (57.3%) nurses reported that their departments had pro- vided duty driven holistic nursing more than 5 years. Greater than 90% nurses believed that implementing duty driven ho^istic nursing facilitated patients to obtain quality care and improved patient satisfaction, and they also convinced their ability was enhanced. More than 80% nurses thought the main barriers to implementing duty driven holistie nursing were shortage of nurses (88.8% ) and lower salary pay(85.8% ). Conclusion The duty-driven holistic nursing was widely carried out in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Chongqing, and led to remarkable results. Further measures should be taken to ensure human resources, provide administrative support, reduce nurses' workload, increase nurses' salary, simplify nursing documentation, and improve quality control system, thus to advance the implementation of duty driven holistic nursing.
