电子文件管理系统主要针对电子文件的整个运行生命周期进行管理,同时对用户权限进行审计追踪。通过对文件的授权审批及权限管理,实现了不同等级、不同使用者对文件的规范操作。该系统能够从各业务系统中整理、统计电子文件,维护文件与文件之间、文件和业务之间的各种联系。审计追踪管理支持深度和广度查询,并以有序的、科学的、可审计的方式进行管理,解决了企事业单位文件分散作业与难于集中管理的矛盾。论述了电子文件管理系统的应用背景、需求分析与功能架构设计,系统关键技术和功能设计与实现。
System is mainly aimed at the whole enterprise operation life cycle management of electronic records, audit trails for the user permissions. Through the file authorized examining and approving and the rights management, implement the specification of different grades, different users on the file operations. The system from the business system of sorting, statistical electronic files, maintenance file with the various relationships between files, documents and business, to join the audit tracking management, support the query depth and breadth, and in an orderly, scientific and auditable manage way, solve the enterprise or business unit file operation and centralized management difficult.
