痹祺胶囊联合膝关节支具治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

CLINICAL EFFECT OF BIQI CAPSULE AND KNEE BRACE IN THE TREATMENT OF KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS

目的观察痹祺胶囊口服联合膝关节支具治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法收集符合诊断标准的门诊就诊骨性关节炎患者73例,按治疗方法不同随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组36例患者口服美洛昔康并配合膝关节理疗;观察组37例患者口服痹祺胶囊并佩戴膝关节支具。治疗结束时、治疗后3个月对二组患者采用骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC评分系统)进行评分,比较临床疗效。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后二组患者临床症状均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗后3个月二组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痹祺胶囊联合膝关节支具治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能有效缓解膝关节骨性关节炎症状,有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Biqi Capsule and knee brace for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis .Methods 73patients who meet the full diagnostic criteria were grouped into the control group （36 patients） and the therapy group （37 patients） at random .The control group were treated with Meloxicam tablets and physical therapy .The therapy group was treated with Biqi Capsule and knee brace . The clinical effects were summarized by Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index at the completion of treatment and three months after completion of treatment .Results The Clinical symp‐toms of two groups was better than pretherapy ,there were significant differences .At three months after completion of treatment ,there were significant differences between therapy group and control group .Con‐clusion Biqi Capsule and knee brace was effective in treating osteoarthritis of the knee joint .It can relieve symptoms and improve joint function .
