规范化静脉治疗减少化疗药物外渗的效果分析

STANDARDIZED TREATMENT TO REDUCE VENOUS EXOSMOSIS OF CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC DRUGS TO IMPROVE SATISFACTION

目的探讨规范化静脉治疗是否能减少静脉化疗药物外渗。方法收集2032例进行静脉化疗的肿瘤患者,按入院时间分为常规组和规范组。比较二组患者外渗发生率,外渗程度及患者、医护人员的满意度。结果常规组52例(1.37%)发生化疗药物外渗,规范组9例(0.18%)发生化疗药物外渗,规范组发生率低于常规组,且渗出级别明显低于常规组,满意度高于常规组,二者差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论规范化静脉治疗能有效减少化疗药物外渗,并提高患者、家属及医护人员的满意度。

Objective To investigate whether standardized intravenous therapy can reduce chemotherapy drug exosmosis .Methods A total of 2032 patient receiving intravenous chemotherapy were recruited in this study ,the conventional group and the standard group .The exosmosis rate and its degree ,satisfaction of nurses and doctors both the two groups of patients with chemotherapy were compared .Results In conven‐tional group 52 cases of operations occurred chemotherapy exosmosis ,the rate of exosmosis was 1 .37% , while in standard group only 9 cases of them occurred exosmosis of chemotherapeutic drugs ,the rate of ex‐osmosis was 0 .18% ,the rate of chemotherapy exosmosis was lower in the standard group .Besides ,we further founded that the level of degree of exosmosis in standard group was significant lower than that in conventional group ,standard group in patients and their families ,nurses ,doctors ,satisfaction degree was higher than the conventional group ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0 .01） .Conclusion Standardized intravenous therapy model can effectively reduce the chemotherapy drug exosmosis ,and im‐prove the satisfaction of patients and their families ,nurses ,and doctors .
