摘要
用次氯酸钙氧化处理含甲醛废液,采用正交试验,以氧化去除率作为指标,考察了p H值,次氯酸钙的用量,以及时间对氧化效果的影响。结果表明,p H值对次氯酸钙处理含甲醛废液有显著影响,最佳处理条件是p H为3,废液体积与次氯酸钙的用量比为5∶1(v/m),时间为120 min。在此工艺条件下,氧化后去除率为90.27%。该工艺对含少量甲醛废液的处理结果稳定,方法简便易行,适用于在小型科研单位和实验室应用中推广。
The study on the oxidation of formaldehyde waste water by calcium hypochlorite was optimized? by?orthogonal design,oxide removal rate as index. Some factors such as p H value,The amount of calcium hypochlorite and time were investigated. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: p H 3,the amount of calcium hypochlorite is 2. 0g,the reaction time of 120 min,under the condition of the process,removal rate of 90. 27% after oxidation. The oxidation result is stable,the simple method is suitable for application in small research unit and laboratories in the promotion.
