4-^(18)F-N-2-[1-(2-甲氧基苯基)-1-哌嗪基乙基]-N-2-吡啶基-苯甲酰胺(^(18)F-MPPF)的自动化合成研究

摘要 目的研究5-羟色胺(5-HT)受体显像剂^(18)F-MPPF的全自动合成方法及其在大鼠体内的显像。方法以MPPNO_2为前体溶于无水二甲亚砜中,于150℃加热氟化反应15min,经过分离纯化后,即获得^(18)F-MPPF注射液。结果该方法合成^(18)F-MPPF的总时间约为70 min,放射化学产率为13±5%。6h重复检测放射化学纯度,结果均大于98%,说明其稳定性良好。结论^(18)F-MPPF可实现自动化合成,可用于5-HT1A受体显像。 Objective: Research on automated radiosynthdsis of ^18F-MPPF as a positron emission tomography tracer for imaging 5-HT1 Areceptor and imaging in rat brain was carried out. Method: Dissolved in DMSO,MPPNO2 was transformed to ^18F-MPPF through the nuclear reaction at 150 ℃ and the Separation and purification. Results: The total time of synthesis was about 70 min,the radiochemistry pury of the synthesized ^18F-MPPF was more than 98%,the synthesis yield was 13 ± 5%. Conclusion:^18F-MPPF was easy to perform by automated synthesis and used to5-HT1 Areceptor imaging.
