摘要
本论文中分别合成了MCM-41、SBA-15以及多级孔二氧化硅SBA-1三种具有不同孔结构的Si O2载体,通过氮气吸附、SEM和TEM对材料进行了表征。以牛血清白蛋白(BSA)为典型蛋白质,比较了三种Si O2载体对BSA的固载性能。结果表明相比于单孔结构的MCM-41和SBA-15载体,多级孔结构的SBA-1载体具有最大的固载量,且吸附平衡时间短。这主要是由于多级孔SBA-1中较大的纳米孔能够满足BSA固载的需要,而且其内部多级孔道结构有利于BSA分子在其内部的传输,降低了传质阻力。
In this paper,three kinds of mesoporous silica MCM-41,SBA-15 and hierarchical nanoporous silica SBA-1 were synthesized and used as scaffold for the immobilization of bovine albumin( BSA). The immobilization properties of the three kinds of scaffolds against BSA were compared. The results had shown that compared with MCM-41 and SBA-15 of single pore structure,hierarchical nanoporous silica SBA-1 exhibited good immobilization properties with high immobilization amount and fast immobilization kinetics. This may due to the hierarchical pore structure and the relative large mesopore size of SBA-1 which facilitated the transportation of the protein molecule in its interior,reduces the mass transfer resistance.
