摘要
在40℃的条件下,通过向磷化液中加入Ce(NO_3)_3.6H_2O、NaNO_2、H_2O_2和NaClO_3四种物质作为磷化促进剂,在A3碳钢表面制备磷化膜。通过硫酸铜点滴试验以及腐蚀电化学测试等手段,研究磷化液中加入磷化促进剂对磷化膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明,在磷化液中添加促进剂能起到增强磷化膜的耐腐蚀性能。当Ce(NO_3)_3.6H_2O为促进剂时磷化膜耐蚀性能最好,磷化膜耐硫酸铜点滴腐蚀时间>104 s,5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电流密度为0.62μA/cm^2。
Under 40 ℃,phosphate coating on the surface of A3 steel through the addition of Ce(NO3)3.6H2O、NaNO2、H2O2 and NaClO3 was studied. The influence of accelerator in phosphating solution on structure and performance of phosphate coating was studied by corrosion electrochemical testing. The results showed that accelerator can increase corrosion resistance of coating. When the Ce(NO3)3. 6H2O was added,the corrosion-resistance time of coating with CuSO4 dripping was 〉104 s,and the corrosion current of phosphating sample was 0. 62μA / cm^2 in 5% Na Cl solution.
