摘要
为进一步推进流域水资源保护机构信息化建设,长江流域水资源保护局开展了长江流域水资源保护监控与管理信息平台建设,围绕数据采集自动化、信息资源共享化、管理决策智能化和应急响应快速化等四大目标,基于3S技术研发了信息管理平台和业务应用系统。系统的成功开发实现了流畅的海量数据交换和现有资源的整合,并可提供二维和三维交互式场景转换、信息查询、实时监控与预警以及业务管理等各项功能,为实施最严格水资源管理制度提供了有力技术支撑。
In order to further advance the information construction of water resources protection agency,Changjiang Basin Water Resources Protection Bureau carries out the construction of water resources protection monitoring and management information platform of Yangtze River Basin.Aiming at four goals of data acquisition automatization,information resources sharing,intelligent management decision and rapid emergency response,the information management platform and service application system were built on the basis of 3S technology.The platform can realize smooth exchange of massive data and integration of existing resources; furthermore,it provides various functions including interactive 2D and 3D's scene conversion,information search,real-time monitoring and business management,which offers effective technical support for implementation of strict water resources management institution.
