“化学学科创新人才培养的探索与实践”，是在实践中遵循教育教学规律，勇于改革创新的教学研究实践成果。多年来，化学学科带头人携学院全体教师，致力于“国家级教学团队”“国家级特色专业建设点”建设，倾心打造“精品课程”“精品教材”，以真正实现夯实理论与实验教学基础，提升施教水平，优化教育环境，努力构建“基础知识扎实、基本技能熟练、科研作风踏实”的创新型化学人才培养的教学平台，为化学学科创新人才的成长建立了可持续发展的保障机制。

O- ver the years, academic leaders in chemistry bring all college faculty, were committed to build na- tional teaching team, national characteristic specialty construction, and strived to establish excel- lent courses and high quality teaching textbook in order to consolidate the combination of theoret- ical and experimental teaching basis, promote the teaching skills, optimize better educational en- vironment, and strive to build a ＂solid foundation of knowledge, solid basic skills, solid scientific research＂ innovative chemistry teaching personnel training platform that was sustainable development platform and supportive for creative talents in chemistry.
