摘要
从蒙皮零件的结构特点出发,首先按照起伏成形理论,分析凸筋成形存在的破裂风险,然后从成形质量、模具制造成本及成形效率方面综合考虑,设计最佳成形方案,根据成形方案设计模具结构。实际生产结果表明:该模具投入使用后生产稳定可靠,成形的零件合格率高。
From the structure of the coatings, the fracture risk of convex ribs forming was analyzed according to fluctuate forming theory. Putting into account, the forming quality, the die cost and the forming efficiency, the optimal forming scheme were designed. Finally, the die design was completed. The actual production results indicated that the die was sta- ble and reliable, and the percent of pass of parts was high.
