摘要
根据汽车后保险杠的结构特点,采用外分型技术和顺序阀热流道浇口控制技术设计了一副大型薄壁注射模,分析和研究了模具成型零件、浇注系统、侧向分型与抽芯机构、温度控制系统、导向定位系统和脱模系统,模具结构合理、有多个创新之处,具有满意的成型效果。
According to the structure characteristics of atitomobile rear bumper, a large thin-walled injection mould was designed by using the technology of outside parting sur- face and sequence valve gate control. Through the analysis and research of the mould form- ing parts, gating system, side parting and pulling mechanism, the temperature control system, oriented positioning systems and ejection system, an advanced and reasonable and innovative mould structure was obtained.
