摘要
通过分析塑件的结构与成型工艺,设计了一种新型的单腔双色注射模,介绍了单腔注射双色模的浇注系统设计、成型技术原理、注塑机的选择、关键技术等设计要点,重点阐述了控制双色型腔变换的特殊滑块机构。通过实例阐述了单腔双色工艺在实际生产中的结构与设计方法以及此方法的适用范围、优化及关键技术要点。
Through analyzed the structure and the forming process of plastics, a new type of injection mould with a cavity of dual color was designed. The gating system design of mould, forming theory, selection of injection moulding machine and the key technologies were discussed. It focused on the special mechanism for controlling the change of dual cav- ities. The structure and design method of injection mould with a cavity of dual color and its applicable scope, optimization and key technical points were illustrated by practice ex- ample.
