摘要 针对汽车油箱盖的结构特点,设计了一种无顶出倒装式型芯侧点浇口进料的注射模。由液压缸活塞杆拉动齿条带动行星齿轮以带动内螺纹型芯旋转脱模机构,实现了塑件的自动化生产,模具为非标准8板模结构,1模4腔,设计了4套相同的螺纹脱模机构,同步实现4个塑件的内螺纹脱模要求。实际生产表明,该模具结构紧凑合理,可为同类塑件的成型模具设计提供参考。 According to the structure characteristics of the automobile oil tank cover, an inverted core and side pin-point gate injection mould without ejector was designed. The cylinder pulled the rack so as to drive the planetary gear to rotate the inner core screw de- moulding mechanism, which realized automated production of products. The injection mould structure was non-standard eight plates mode with four cavities and four sets of the same thread demoulding mechanism, which synchronize realized internal threaded de- moulding of four plastics.
