摘要
介绍了一种开模拉杆机构,该机构体积小巧,模具布局紧凑,不仅能够实现大距离开模,且能精确控制开模行程,同时能够带动顶出板运动,节省了液压缸驱动,达到了缩短注射周期和节约成本的目的。经实际生产验证,该开模拉杆机构,运动顺畅,能够持续生产,适于模内贴膜类注射模上应用。
A type of mould opening bolt mechanism was presented. Its size was small and the mould structure was compact, which could realize the mould opening large distance. The mould could control the opening stroke accurately and drive the ejector plate to move, which saved hydraulic cylinder and shortened the cycle and cost. The actual produc- tion verified that the rod mechanism operated smoothly, and it was applicable to IMR injec- tion mould.
