播期与密度对小麦品质影响的研究进展

Advances in Effects of Sowing Date and Plant Density on Wheat Quality

适宜的播期和密度是保证小麦优质生产的重要栽培措施,播期通过改变生育期影响小麦不同生育阶段的光温水热等外界环境条件,播种密度通过改变群体结构影响外界环境条件,环境条件的变化最终引发小麦品质的变化。为河北唐山优质小麦生产提供参考,综述了播期与密度影响小麦蛋白质含量及其组成、淀粉含量及其组成和加工品质等方面的研究成果。结合当前我国农业生产转型所面临的问题,展望了今后小麦品质研究的方向。

Suitable sowing date and plant density are the important cultivation measures to make sure wheat’s superior production.Sowing date can influence the external environmental conditions includes illumination,water,temperature and accumulated temperature by changing the growth stages,the plant density influence the external environmental conditions by changing the crop community construction,and the changes in environmental conditions lead to changes in wheat quality.In order to provide references for the production of high quality wheat in Tangshan,Hebei,the effects of sowing date and density on protein content and composition,starch content and composition,processing quality of wheat were reviewed.In addition,the authors put forward the prospects of the direction of wheat quality research combined with the problems of China agricultural production in the period of transformation.
