摘要
为了解不同生长调节剂对三七萌芽及生长的影响,进行赤霉酸、细胞分裂素和芸苔素内酯处理三七休眠芽试验。结果表明:3%赤霉酸1 500倍液和3 000倍液可缩短三七休眠芽的休眠时间,提高出苗率,但植株徒长、叶片细小和长势较弱;0.004%芸苔素内酯2 000倍液可以有效缩短三七休眠芽的休眠时间,促进三七的生长,叶片宽大浓绿,对株高和株径无显著作用;0.004%芸苔素内酯4 000倍液、0.000 1%细胞分裂素300倍液和600倍液对三七的休眠作用均不显著。
To explore the effects of different growth regulators on germination and growth of P.notoginseng,gibberellic acid,cytokinin and brassinolide were employed to treat P.notoginsengdormant buds.Results:3% gibberellic acid diluted 1 500 times and 3 000 times could observably shorten the dormancy period,and improve the germination rate of dormant buds.But the plants were of over growth,tiny blades and weak growth vigor.And 0.004% brassinolide diluted 2 000 times could effectively shorten the dormancy period,also plays a role in promoting plant growth and leaf thickness.But there was no significant effects on plant height and stalk diameter.On the contrary,0.004% brassinolide diluted 4000 times,0.0001% cytokinins diluted 300 times and 600 times had no significant effects on P.notoginseng dormant buds.
