摘要
目的:创建双向全程电泳图谱,比较研究A型、B型、AB型、O型4种血型的差异。方法:取10支试管,第1管只加全血20μL,不加蒸馏水,第2管加全血18μL,蒸馏水2μL,第3管加全血16μL,蒸馏水4μL,以此类推,第10管加全血2μL,蒸馏水18μL。用这10种标本做双向十层电泳,第一向时加入前进和后退两种再释放,第二向为普泳。丽春红-联苯胺复染后观察结果。结果:从10个前进区带和10个后退区带可以看出A型、B型、AB型、O型4种血型的电泳图谱互不相同。结论:各种血型的血红蛋白释放结果不同,说明红细胞表面的A抗原和B抗原对红细胞释放血红蛋白有影响。
Objective:To compare and study the difference in blood type A , B, AB, O, after creating a two-way full elec-trophoresis map .Method:10 test tubes were used .Only 20 ul whole blood was added to the first tube , without distilled water;18 ul whole blood and 2 ul distilled water were added to the second tube;16 ul whole blood and 4 ul distilled water were to the third tube;by analogy , 2 ul whole blood and 18 ul distilled water were added to the tenth tube .The 10 kinds of specimen were adopted for two-way ten-layer electrophoresis .Forward and backward re -release was added to the first phase , and the second phase was ordinary electrophoresis .Observation was conducted after ponceau -benzidine redyeing .Results:From 10 forward zone and 10 back zone the electrophoresis map for blood type A , B, AB, O was not the same between each other .Conclusion:The results of hemoglobin release for all kinds of blood type are different , reflecting that A and B antigens on the surface of the red blood cells have an effect on hemoglobin release from red blood cell .
