摘要
为了解决100 kA大电流互感器的误差现场校准及量值传递溯源问题,笔者介绍了一种利用等安匝原理测量大电流互感器的负载励磁电流及小校大的方法来确定100 kA大电流互感器的误差,首先通过测量大电流互感器二次绕组直流电阻和二次负载励磁电流误差,然后在小电流下测量大电流互感器的基本误差,最后计算线性匝比误差,并推算100 kA大电流互感器的实际误差值,很好地解决了大电流互感器现场升流困难的量值传递问题,并通过大量的试验数据论证了该方法的可行性和正确性。结果说明该方法是完全正确的,且具有现场可操作性和实用性。
traceability In order to solve the 100 kA current transformer error calibration and quantity value transfer and problem, the author introduces the a utilization of ampere measuring principle of large current transformer load excitation current and small school method to determine the 100 kA current transformer error, we begin by measuring a large current transformer secondary winding DC resistance and secondary load excitation current error, then measure the large current transformer basic error in the small current, finally, calculate the linear error turns ratio, and estimate the 100 kA large current transformer actual error, well solve the problem of the value of current difficulties in the experimental data proved the feasibility field of large current transformers, and correctness of the method.
