摘要
为实现GIS设备的安全可靠运行,针对GIS设备SF_6气体泄漏问题,结合红外成像检漏技术的应用实践,研究总结了GIS设备中的砂眼、密封圈失效、绝缘盆子裂纹、密封胶处理不当、密度继电器连接头及连接铜管接头问题引起的SF_6气体泄漏缺陷,依据相关的检测数据、检修记录及密度继电器压力表值,分析了上述不同部位漏气缺陷的成因,并提了具体的处理方案,为GIS设备气体泄漏准确、快速查找及定位提供了典型案例依据。
In order to achieve the safety and reliability running of GIS electrical equipment, the SF6 gas leakage defects of blowhole, seal ring failure, disc insulator crack, sealanf'misconduct, density relay and connecting joint problem are researched by using the infrared imaging leakage detection technology. The gas leakage reason of different parts are analyzed according to the related testing data, record of examination and the value of density relay, and give out the processing scheme. The corresponding typical atlas are established, it provide a reliable data for accurate, quick searching and location the gas leakage of GIS equipment.
