摘要
为了准确诊断SF_6开关类设备内部是否存在故障及故障的性质,研究SF_6电气设备在发生故障时,SF_6气体的分解原理及产物,以判断电气设备内部发生故障的类型。笔者通过全过程参与甘肃电网330 kV及以上开关类设备SF_6气体成分检测,分析了两起在检测过程中断路器的SF_6气体成分异常情况,通过解体,验证了设备存在缺陷或故障。因此,SF_6气体分解产物测试技术在开关类设备状态诊断方面具有广阔的应用前景。
To accurately diagnose fault and fault kind in an SF6 switchgear, it is necessary to understand the de- composition principle and products of SF6 gas in the SF6 switchgear in the event of a fault, so as to determine the type of fault. The author participated the detections of SF6 gas compositions in the 330 kV and higher voltage switchgears in Gansu power grid, and analyzed two cases of abnormal SF6 gas compositions in circuit breakers. Disassembly inspection verified the existence of latent faults in the equipments. It is concluded that the SF6 gas decomposition products detection technology has a wide application in switchgear potential fault diagnosis.
