正交试验处理下配施锌、镁、钼肥对烤烟钾、氯含量影响 被引量:1

Combined Application of Zinc, Magnesium and Molybdenum Fertilizer: Its Effect on Potassium and Chlorine Content in Flue Cured Tobacco Under Orthogonal Test

摘要 为协调烟株营养平衡,优化烟草专用肥配方,将硫酸锌0、6、12 kg/hm^2和硫酸镁0、30、60 kg/hm^2及钼酸铵0、90、180 g/hm^2按L9(34)方式,运用SPSS 17.0正交试验设计生成施肥处理表,通过田间试验,研究配施锌、镁、钼肥对烤烟钾、氯含量影响的主次因素,肥料施用量对烤烟钾、氯含量的影响及主体间的效应。结果表明:硫酸锌的施用对烤烟钾含量的影响高于硫酸镁、钼酸铵,就烤烟钾含量而言最佳的配施方案为硫酸锌6 kg/hm^2、钼酸铵0 g/hm^2、硫酸镁60 kg/hm^2;烤烟氯含量受钼酸铵施用的影响高于硫酸锌、硫酸镁。 To coordinate the nutrition of tobacco plant and optimize the formula of tobacco special fertilizer,zinc sulfate(0, 6, 12 kg/hm^2), magnesium sulfate(0, 30, 60 kg/hm^2) and ammonium molybdate(0, 90, 180 g/hm^2)were used to produce L9(3^4) treatment table by using SPSS 17.0. Through field experiment, the primary andsecondary influencing factors of zinc, magnesium and molybdenum fertilizer on the content of potassium andchlorine in flue cured tobacco were studied, the effect of fertilizer application rate on potassium and chlorinecontent in flue cured tobacco and its inter subjective effect were also analyzed. The results showed that theeffect of zinc sulfate on potassium content in flue cured tobacco was higher than that of magnesium sulfate andammonium molybdate. In terms of the potassium content in flue cured tobacco, the best fertilizer applicationscheme was zinc sulfate 6 kg/hm^2, ammonium molybdate 0 g/hm^2 and magnesium sulfate 60 kg/hm^2. And theeffect of ammonium molybdate on chlorine content in flue cured tobacco was higher than that of zinc sulfate and magnesium sulfate.
