全面认识北方草原走廊民族优秀文化,是建设北方草原走廊民族优秀文化传承体系的前提和基础。北方草原走廊民族精神体系包括本族认同价值观念、民族伦理道德观、民族创新基本价值观、和谐共生民族理念、践行开放民族精神五个维度。认为建设北方草原走廊民族优秀文化传承体系,需要挖掘和阐发北方草原走廊民族优秀文化精华及其当代价值观念。立足时代与实践,提出建设北方草原走廊民族优秀文化传承体系的根本路径是强"魂"健"体",主导路径是建设国民教育网络体系,实践路径是建设文化产业带动体系,集中路径是现代交流传播体系。

The excellent ethnic cultures along the northern grassland corridor are the solid foundation and important support of the Chinese nation. A comprehensive understanding of the excellent cultures of these ethnic groups is the premise and the foundation for the construction of their excellent culture inheritance system. Their identification value of their own groups,the ethics of their ethnic groups,the basic values of national innovation,the harmonious coexistence of different ethnic groups,and the practice of open national spirit constitute their national spirit. The paper states that mining and describing the excellent cultures of these ethnic groups and their contemporary values is the key to the construction of their excellent culture inheritance system.From the perspectives of time and practice, the authors propose that strengthening their‘bodies＇ and‘souls＇ should be the fundamental path,building the network system of national education be the dominant path,constructing the driven system of cultural industry be the practical path,and constructing the dissemination system of modern exchange be the centralized path.
