关于民族地区精准扶贫的思考——以内蒙古赤峰市B旗为例

On Accurate Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Minority Areas——Taking B qi,Chifeng city in Inner Mongolia as an example

针对中央关于精准扶贫工作的方案和指示,以少数民族地区为研究的侧重点,在对部分民族地区进行实地考察的基础上,总结了民族地区精准扶贫的概况,指出了民族地区精准扶贫过程中存在的分配不正义与福利依赖,对产生的原因和现状做了进一步阐述分析,同时提出了相应的解决办法。

Based on the plans and theinstructions of accurate poverty alleviation by the central government and on- the- spot investigations of some ethnic minority areas,this paper summarizes the present work of accurate poverty alleviation in those areas,points out such problems as distributive injustice and welfare dependence in the process of poverty alleviation,analyzes their causes and offers some solutions.
