摘要
阐述了在"一带一路"与"走出去"战略的双重驱动下,中国企业海外投资面临的风险与挑战,提出了"一带一路"战略中政治风险的应对措施。认为应完善中国海外投资保险制度,加强重视政府间双边投资协定与多边投资担保机制以及官民情报信息系统建设。
This paper states the risks and challenges that Chinese enterprises will encounter in overseas investment that is driven by the strategies ＂One Belt and One Road ＂and ＂Going Abroad＂,and presents the strategies that China should perfect its overseas investment insurance system,strengthen bilateral investment agreement and multilateral investment insurance system and improve the construction of information analysis system.
