应用型本科高校日语人才培养模式的创新与实践——以大连民族大学日语专业建设为例

Innovation and Practice of Application- oriented Japanese Talent Training Pattern in Universities——Taking the construction of Japanese specialty in Dalian Minzu University as an example

随着中国高等教育的改革与发展,应用型本科高校要办出自己的特色,必须创新教育理念、教学方法和人才培养模式,以适应就业市场和经济社会发展的需求。大连民族大学日语专业在教师队伍、教学内容、课程体系、教学方法等方面逐步形成了以应用为导向、具有自身特点的国际化人才培养机制,积累了比较成功的实践经验,也为其他高校提供了有益的经验。

With the reform and development of China＇s higher education,application- oriented universities must make innovations in educational ideas,teaching methods and training patterns to show their own characteristics and to meet the requirements of job market and social development. In respect of teaching stuff,teaching content,curriculum system and teaching methods,the Japanese Department of Dalian Minzu University has gradually established its own unique application- oriented talent training mechanism and accumulated some practical experiences which can be applied in other universities.
