摘要
为弄清氯碱工业离子膜电解槽阳极室内浓度场特性及电解槽几何结构对其影响规律,采用计算流体力学方法对阳极室单个隔栅进行了数值模拟,得到了单个隔栅内流体浓度分布。结果表明,循环板长度取800mm时,膜面浓度平均偏差可低至0.0194。
In order to understand the characteristics of concentration field in the anode chamber of chlor - alkali ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer, and to understand the influence law of the geometry of electrolyzer on the characteristics of concentration field, a barrier in anode chamber was numerically simulated by computational fluid dynamics. The distribution of fluid concentration in a barrier was obtained. The results showed that when the length of circulating plate was 800 mm, the average deviation of concentration on membrane surface was as low as 0.0194.
