离子膜法烧碱装置氯、氢平衡的解析

摘要 液氯销售困难时,液氯库存告急。生产系统氯、氢不能够平衡,过量的氯气须要液化或充钢瓶来平衡生产,以免影响生产稳定运行。经跟踪分析,发现变压吸附提纯装置200#提氢排二次尾气含氢量较高,氢气回收率低,须要进一步优化和改造。针对生产过程中存在的氯氢配比不平衡问题,提出合理化建议。 When it was difficult to sell liquid chlorine, the liquid chlorine store house was in danger. When imbalance between chlorine and hydrogen in production system appeared, excessive chlorine needed being liquefied or filled into cylinders to balance production and to avoid impacting stable production. The hydrogen content in secondary tail gas from 200# pressure swing adsorption device for hydrogen extraction was tracked and analyzed to be high, so further improvement needed to be done. For the imbalance between chlorine and hydrogen in production, rational proposals were put forward.
