摘要
目的研究凉血止痒合剂对变应性接触性皮炎小鼠IL-10和IFN-γ表达的影响。方法通过凉血止痒合剂对采用2,4-二硝基氟苯(Dinitrofluobenzene简称DNFB)造成变应性接触性皮炎(Allergic contact dermatitis简称ACD)小鼠耳廓肿胀模型的影响,观察其对变应性接触性皮炎小鼠炎症细胞的抑制及对IL-10和IFN-γ表达的影响。结果与模型组比较,凉血止痒合剂组能显著抑制炎症细胞浸润和提高小鼠血清IL-10水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但是对IFN-γ的产生无明显的影响(P>0.05)。结论凉血止痒合剂对小鼠变态性接触性皮炎有效,促进抗炎因子IL-10的产生和表达可能是其治疗机制之一。
Objective- To study the effect of Blood - cooling Antipruritic Mixture on IL - 10 and IFN -γ expression of allergic contact dermatitis mice. Methods: Blood - cooling Antipruritic Mixture was used to affect 2,4 Dinitrofluobenzene - induced allergic contact dermati- tis(ACD) ear swelling mice model and to observe the inhibition of allergic contact dermatitis mouse inflammatory cells and its effect on IL- 10 and IFN -γ expression. Results: Compared with the model group,the Blood -cooling Antipruritic Mixture group could significantly in- hibit the inflammatory cell infiltration and improve serum IL- 10 level in mice. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05 ), but IFN-γ generation had no obvious effect(P 〉0. 05). Conclusion: Blood- cooling Antipruritic Mixture has effect on mice allergic contact dermatitis, and the generation and expression of promoting anti- inflammatory cytokine IL- 10 may be one of its therapeutic mechanisms.
