摘要 塔尕克一级水电站工程压力钢管按浅埋管设计,共布置2条,全长522.894 m,共计2×270节。内径3.8 m,单管最大引水流量37.9 m^3/s,钢管厚度为12~26 mm,随压力分段变化,管径由3.8 m变径至2.8 m。压力钢管均采用Q235C碳素钢制作,制作中使用数控半自动切割机切割使施工过程机械化、自动化程度提高,有效降低生产能耗,介绍了该压力钢管制作安装的工艺流程、特点及质量控制措施。 The penstock of Tagake lst-stage Hydropower Station is designed as shallow buried pipe, consisting of two pipes, 2×270 sections with a total length of 522.894m. Each pipe has the maximum diversion flow of 37.9m^3/s, the thickness of 12 - 26mm and inner diameter of 3.8-2.8m variable following pressure change. The steel pipe is made of Q235C carbon steel. Digital control semi-automatic cutting machine was used to upgrade the mechanical and automatic degree of fabrication, effectively reduce energy consumption. An introduction was made on the tech- nical procedures and characteristics of penstock fabrication and installation as well as the quality control measures.
