摘要
针对河大水库工程存在的主要问题,结合工程地质条件,采用坝基固结灌浆、防渗帷幕灌浆、封堵旧放水涵洞,新建放水隧洞、溢洪道加固衬砌等设计措施。实施后水库大坝防渗效果显著,安全度汛,达到预期效果。
In view of the existing problems of Heda Reservoir, combined with the engineering geological conditions, reinforcement measures were designed including consolidation grouting and anti-seepage curtain grouting at dam foundation, reinforcement lining of spillways, closing the old water release tunnel and building a new one. The expected purpose has been achieved with obvious seepage proof effects since reinforcement construction was completed.
