眩晕临床教学中PBL和LBL结合教学法的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨眩晕临床教学中PBL和LBL结合教学法的应用效果。方法 选取2014年2月-2015年12月实习的168名实习生为研究资料,随机均分两组。对照组给予LBL教学法,观察组采用PBL结合LBL教学法,对比分析临床带教效果。结果 观察组考试成绩(81.12±5.58)分,对照组(69.78±5.51)分,差异显著(P〈0.05)。整体带教效果提升情况比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 在眩晕疾病临床教学中,应用PBL和LBL相结合的教学法,可获得较好的临床带教效果。 Objective To study the application effect of PBL and LBL teaching method combined Vertigo of clinical teaching. Methods 168 interns internship studies of February 2014 to December 2015 year were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received LBL teaching method, the observation group was given PBL combined with LBL teaching method, and clinical teaching effect of two groups were compared. Results The test scores of the observation group was(81.12±5.58) points, the control group was(69.78±5.51) points, the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Overall teaching effectiveness enhance was compared, the observation group was better than the control group(P〈0.05). ConclusionThe application of PBL and LBL combination of teaching methods in the vertigo clinical teaching can achieve better clinical teaching effect.
