翻转课堂联合微课在临床麻醉学教学中的应用探讨 被引量:31

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂联合微课教学模式在麻醉学专业临床麻醉学教学中的应用。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院2012级麻醉学专业学生共60人为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30人,一组为对照组,实施传统教学模式;另一组为实验组,实施翻转课堂联合微课教学模式,通过笔试考试成绩和调查问卷对两组学生教学效果进行评价。结果实验组与对照组笔试成绩总分数分别为(93.80±2.02)分和(86.31±2.14)分;实验组与对照组学生对教学模式满意度分别为83.33%和43.33%。实验组学生在笔试考试成绩,学习兴趣,学习能力,沟通和人际交往能力以及对教学模式满意度等方面明显优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉学专业临床麻醉学教学中应用翻转课堂联合微课教学模式提高了学生的笔试考试成绩,增加了学习兴趣,改善了教学效果和教学质量,有助于知识内化和应用,为麻醉学的教学改革带来新的途径。 Objective To investigate the effect of the flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture on the clinical anesthesia teaching. Methods 60 students of anesthesiological specialty, Grade 2012 from Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(the traditional teaching method group) and the experimental group(the flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture group), 30 students in each group. The teaching effects were evaluated with paper test scores and questionnaires. Results The paper test scores of experimental group and control group were(93.80±2.02) and(86.31±2.14), separately; the students' satisfaction of experimental group and control group were 83.33% and 43.33%, separately. Compared with the control group, the students in the experimental group got higher paper test scores and were much more satisfactory with learning interest, learning ability, communication ability and teaching method, the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture on the clinical anesthesia teaching improved the teaching quality and paper scores, led to better understanding of knowledge and brought a novel way for Anesthesiology teaching reform.
