摘要
目的 探讨心胸外科临床教学中应用临床路径式教学方法的效果。方法 根据自愿原则,随机选取2014年12月-2015年12月本院心胸外科实习生48名,并将其随机分为实验组与对照组,各24人。实验组采取临床路径式教学指导实习生学习,对照组采取传统的教学方式。在实习期结束后,分别从临床实践操作、案例分析以及理论知识三个维度对两组实习生学习情况进行对比。结果 对照组临床实践操作、案例分析和理论知识的成绩低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 在心胸外科临床教学中,临床路径式教学可以有效提高学生的学习能力与成绩,该教学方法具有重要的推广价值。
Objective To study the application effect of the clinical pathway teaching in clinical teaching of cardio-thoracic surgery. Methods According to the principle of voluntary, 48 interns were selected from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, there were 24 cases in each group. The experimental group took clinical pathway teaching, while the control group took the traditional teaching. After the end of the internship period, the dimensions of clinical practice, case analysis and theoretical knowledge in two groups were compared. Results The scores of clinical practice, case analysis and theoretical knowledge in the control group were lower than that in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching can improve the students' learning ability and achievements effectively in the clinical teaching of cardio-thoracic surgery, and it has the important promotion value.
