B型利尿钠肽在心血管病诊断及预后中的作用

Application of B-type Natriuretic Peptide in Diagnosis and Prognosis of Cardiovascular Disease

目的 探讨B型利尿钠肽（Brain Natriuetic Peptide,BNP）对于心血管病的诊断及预后评估价值。方法 随机选取2013年9月-2015年10月期间本院收治的呼吸困难患者100例,对其进行心脏彩超检查和血浆BNP水平测定,对患者的血浆BNP浓度及其不良事件的发生情况进行分析。结果 随着其心功能NYHA等级的不断提升,患者的血浆BNP水平逐渐升高,组间差异具有显著性（P〈0.01）;不良事件患者的血浆BNP浓度明显高于其他患者,差异具有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论 心力衰竭患者的血浆BNP浓度具有较高的特异性,可通过对患者进行血浆BNP浓度测定为早期诊断和预后评估提供可靠依据。

Objective To investigate the B type natriuretic peptide（Peptide Brain Natriuetic, BNP） for value of diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular disease. Methods Randomly selected 100 patients with dyspnea in our hospital during the period from September 2013 to October 2015, were detected with Colour Sonography and BNP. Plasma BNP concentration and the occurrence of adverse events wre analyzed. Results With cardiac function NYHA class rising, plasma BNP levels were gradually increased, the difference between groups was significant（P〈0.01）; Plasma BNP concentrations in patients with adverse events was significantly higher than other patients, the difference was significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Plasma BNP concentration in heart failure patients with high specificity by patient plasma BNP concentrations were measured to provide a reliable basis for early diagnosis and prognosis.
