超声检查在盆腔囊性肿块诊断中的价值分析

Value of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Pelvic Cystic Mass

目的 分析超声检查在盆腔囊性肿块诊断中的价值。方法 选取本院2015年4月-2016年4月收治的盆腔囊性肿块患者共96例,所有患者均予以超声诊断,针对超声诊断的准确性予以分析。结果 超声诊断炎性包块、子宫肌瘤的准确率均为100.00%,卵巢囊肿的诊断准确率为77.78%,葡萄胎的诊断准确率为83.33%,卵巢囊性畸胎瘤的诊断准确率为77.78%,子宫腺肌病的诊断准确率为60.00%。结论 盆腔囊性肿块患者运用超声诊断的准确率较高,将患者临床表现与超声检查结合考虑可提高诊断准确率。

Objective To analyze the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of pelvic cystic mass. Methods 96 cases of pelvic cystic mass were selected from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital,, all the patients were diagnosed with ultrasonic, the ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy was analyzed. Results The accuracy of ultrasound diagnostic on inflammatory mass, uterine fibroidsand was 100.00%, the diagnostic accuracy of ovarian cyst was 77.78%, the diagnostic accuracyin of vesicular mole was 83.33%. The diagnostic accuracy of ovarian cystic teratoma was 77.78%, the diagnostic accuracy of adenomyosis was 60.00%. Conclusion Patients with the pelvic cystic mass diagnose with ultrasound, the accuracy rate is high, clinical manifestations of patients considered in conjunction with ultrasound can improve diagnostic accuracy.
