不同牙周固定术治疗牙外伤性牙松动脱位临床研究

Different Periodontal Fixation for the Treatment of Dental Traumatic Loose Teeth Dislocation

目的 探讨不同的牙周固定技术对于牙外伤性牙齿松动脱位的治疗效果。方法 选择我院治疗的90例牙外伤性牙齿松动脱位患者为研究对象,随机分为第一实验组、第二实验组和第三实验组各30例,分别采取树脂包扎法治疗、夹板法治疗以及金属丝固定法治疗。比较三组的临床疗效。结果 第一实验组的显有效率为60%,有效率为30%,无效率为10%,总有效率为90%,第一实验组的总有效率最高,其次为第三实验组,第二实验组最低,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5.896,P〈0.05）。结论 使用树脂包扎技术固定牙周,无复发,无副作用。

Objective To investigate the different periodontal fixation for traumatic dislocation teeth loose teeth treatment. Methods According to the 90 cases in our hospital received patients were taken to resin bandage treatment, splinting treatment and wire fixation treatment, and three kinds of treatment effect comparison. Results Significant efficiency of the first experimental group was 60%, effective rate was 30%, no efficiency was 10%, and the total effective rate was 90%. The total effective rate of the first experimental group was highest, followed by the third experimental group, and the second experimental group was lowest, which showed significant difference χ^2=5.896（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The resin dressing technique is used to fix the periodontal, with no recurrence and no side effects.
