尿道狭窄合并尿道结石经输尿管镜钬激光术治疗的效果研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的 探析尿道狭窄合并尿道结石经输尿管镜钬激光术治疗的临床效果。方法 选择2014年8月-2015年8月我院收治的尿道狭窄合并尿道结石患者78例为研究对象,运用数字表法将其分为两组,其中给予对照组常规手术治疗,而观察组则运用输尿管镜钬激光术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果和平均碎石时间。结果 相比较对照组而言,观察组的治疗总有效率明显较高,组间比较差异显著(P〈0.05);同时,两组在平均碎石时间方面比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 临床上运用经输尿管镜钬激光术治疗尿道狭窄合并尿道结石能够使尿道黏膜损伤降低,使碎石率提高,使手术治疗质量提高,值得推广运用。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of Urethral stricture complicated with urethral calculi. Methods Selected 78 cases with urethral stricture complicated with urethral calculi treated with holmium laser lithotripsy from August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital were divided into two groups by using of digital table method. The control group was treated with routine surgical treatment, and the observation group was treated with YAG laser surgery. The clinical efficacy and average gravel time of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total efficiency of observation group was significantly higher, which showed significant difference(P〈0.05); Average gravel time between two groups showed significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of Urethral stricture complicated with urethral calculi reduce the urethral mucosa damage, improve the rate of gravel, so that the quality of surgery treatment, worthy of clinical promotion.
