人工全髋关节置换联合瘤段扩大切除治疗股骨近端骨肿瘤疗效观察

Efficacy of Total Hip Replacement Combined with Extended Resection of Tumor Segment in the Treatment of Proximal Femoral Bone Tumor

目的分析人工全髋关节置换联合瘤段扩大切除治疗股骨近端骨肿瘤的疗效。方法 63例股骨近端骨肿瘤患者根据手术方法不同分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=31),观察组采用人工全髋关节置换联合瘤段扩大切除术治疗,对照组采用瘤体壁灭活、病灶刮除及骨植入联合内固定治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组合格率为81.3%(26/32),对照组合格率为51.6%(16/31),两组合格率比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论人工全髋关节置换联合瘤段扩大切除治疗股骨近端骨肿瘤疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of total hip replacement combined with extended resection of tumor segment in the treatment of proximal femoral bone tumor. Methods Total 63 cases with proximal femoral bone tumors were selected, according to the different operation methods, they were divided into the observation group（n=32） and the control group（n=31）.The observation group was treated by total hip arthroplasty combined with tumor segment extended resection, the control group was given the aneurysm wall inactivated, curettage and bone graft and internal fixation. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The pass rate of observation group was 81.3%（26/32）, and the control group was 51.6%（16/31）, and the difference was significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty combined with extended resection of tumor sections for proximal femoral tumors has obvious curative effect, it is worthy of popularization and application.
