摘要
目的研究综合治疗方案在老年高血压合并心绞痛治疗中的临床应用。方法选取本院就诊的80例老年高血压合并心绞痛患者,实验组采用药物与护理的综合治疗方案,对照组仅接受药物治疗,比较两组的临床效果及生活质量。结果实验组总有效率为97.5%,对照组的总有效率为80.0%,实验组总有效率与对照组比较更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组生活质量的评分与对照组比较更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用综合治疗方案治疗老年高血压合并心绞痛具有一定的临床意义,效果显著,在临床上值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical application of comprehensive treatment in elderly patients of hypertensive with angina pectoris. Methods 80 cases of hypertensive with angina pectoris were selected in our hospital, the experimental group used comprehensive treatment and nursing plan, the control group only received drug therapy. Clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%, the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%, the total efficiency of the experimental group was higher than the control group, with the significant different（P〈0.05）. Quality of life scores in the experimental group was higher than the control group, with the significant different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment program in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with angina pectoris has a certain clinical significance, the effect is better, it is worth popularizing in clinic.
