单纯性肾囊肿应用两种微创术式治疗的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Two Kinds of Minimally Invasive Surgery for the Treatment of Simple Renal Cysts

目的 探究单纯性肾囊肿应用两种微创术式治疗的效果。方法选取2014年3月-2015年9月本院收治的单纯性肾囊肿患者80例,随机分为A组与B组各40例。A组采用B超引导下肾囊肿穿刺硬化治疗,B组采用腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗。观察两种术式的手术时间、住院时间、治疗效果以及治疗费用。结果 A组手术时间和住院天数均短于B组,费用少于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 针对单纯性肾囊肿患者,应以实际情况和经济条件为出发点,合理选择治疗方式。

Objective To explore the efficacy of two kinds of minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of simple renal cysts. Methods A total of 80 cases with from March 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into group A and group B, each of 40 cases. Group A was treated with the B ultrasound guided renal cyst puncture aspiration and sclerosing treatment, and B group was treated with the laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing surgery treatment. Operation time, hospitalization time, and hospitalization expenses of two groups were compared. Results Operation time and hospitalization time of group A were shorter than group, and hospitalization expenses of group A was less than group B, which showed significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion For patients with simple renal cyst, the actual situation and economic conditions should be the starting point, the reasonable choice of treatment.
