全程超导可视与非可视下无痛人工流产术临床应用比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的 比较全程超导可视与非可视下进行人工流产的临床效果。方法 选取2011年2月-2015年2月于我院终止妊娠的妇女140例作为观察对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各70例,对照组实施非可视下无痛人流,观察组实施全程超导可视下无痛人流。观察并比较两种手术的临床效果及术后两组孕妇并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术时间、宫腔操作时间、出血量分别为(3.1±0.2)min、(1.3±0.7)min、(12.4±7.6)ml,均明显低于对照组的(4.2±0.8)min、(2.0±0.5)。min(、19.1±8.3)ml,差异显著(P〈0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.9%明显低于对照组的11.4%,差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论 全程超导可视无痛人流术可有效改善手术质量,降低并发症发生率,疗效显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To compared clinical effects of artificial abortion by visible and unviewable of superconductivity during the whole course. Methods To selected 140 cases of women with termination of pregnancy at our hospital from the February 2011 to February 2015 as the object of observation, to randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, each 70 cases. The control group was implemented the painless induced abortion by unviewable, the treatment group was implemented painless induced abortion by visible during the whole course. To observed and compared the clinical effect of these two kinds of operation and occurrence of complications of postoperation of them. Results Observation group blood loss, uterine operation time and blood loss was(3.1±0.2) min,(1.3±0.7) min,(12.4±7.6) ml, were significantly lower than the control group(4.2±0.8) min,(2.0±0.5) min,(19.1±8.3) ml, the difference was significant(P〈0.05); observation group complication rate of 2.9% was significantly lower than 11.4% in the control group, the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion That able to effectively improve the operation quality of the artificial abortion by visible of superconductivity during the whole course, reduce the incidence of complications, and with the significant effect, that is worth for promotion.
