腹腔内出血患者的临床治疗体会

Clinical Treatment of Patients with Intraperitoneal Hemorrhage

目的 探讨腹腔内出血患者的治疗效果。方法 选取我院2014年3月-2015年8月收治的36例腹腔内出血患者,对其临床表现、治疗方法、治疗效果进行分析。结果 本组36例腹腔内出血患者均行手术治疗,33例患者均经手术抢救成功,治疗有效率为91.67%。结论 患者伴有腹腔内出血征象时,应根据实际情况以及辅助检查,尽快做出准确判断,及时进行有针对性的治疗,严格执行手术流程,避免出现误诊或感染等现象,尽量降低此类患者的死亡率。

Objective To investigate the effect of intra-abdominal hemorrhage patients. Methods 36 cases of abdominal hemorrhage patients were selected from March 2014 to August 2015, the clinical manifestations and treatment, effect were analyzed. Results 36 cases of abdominal hemorrhage patients were given surgical treatment, 33 cases were operated successfully rescued, the effective rate was 91.67%. Conclusion When patients with signs of intra-abdominal hemorrhage, according to the actual situation and laboratory examinations, etc, we should make accurate judgment as soon as possible, give them targeted therapy timely, strict perform surgical procedures strickly, and avoid infection or misdiagnosed phenomen, in order to reduce the mortality.
