探讨重症手足口病的早期识别与临床治疗措施

To Investigate the Early Identification and Clinical Treatment of Severe Hand Foot Mouth Disease

目的探析重症手足口病的早期识别与治疗效果。方法随机选取我院收治的40例重症手足口病患儿,观察对其进行早期识别诊断治疗的效果。结果患儿治愈率92.5%,好转率5.0%。结论重症手足口病患儿应该尽早接受治疗,早期诊断非常重要,否则会有生命危险。

Objective To study the effect of early identification and treatment of severe hand foot mouth disease. Methods 40 cases of severe hand, foot and mouth disease in our hospital were randomly selected, and the effect of early identification and diagnosis was observed. Results The cure rate was 92.5% and the improvement rate was 5.0%. Conclusion Patients with severe hand foot mouth disease should be treated as early as possible, early diagnosis is very important, otherwise there will be lifethreatening.
