摘要
目的 对宫颈癌早期手术治疗效果及预后情况进行分析。方法我院2005年6月-2014年6月收治的18例宫颈癌患者均行全子宫切除术＋盆腔淋巴结清扫术,术前行腔内化疗,观察治疗效果及预后。结果 死亡3例,5年内存活率为83.33%,其中Ⅰ期5年内存活率为80.00%,Ⅱ期5年内存活率为84.62%。结论 宫颈癌早期患者采用手术治疗后,能够极大的提高患者5年内的存活率,且安全性高,无明显不良反应,值得在以后的临床治疗中推广运用。
Objective To explore the effect and prognosis of cervical cancer patients treated with early surgical. Methods 18 cases of cervical cancer patients who were selected from June 2005 to June 2014 in our hospital underwent hysterectomy resection surgery and pelvic lymph node dissection, preoperative intracavitary chemotherapy, the effect and prognosis was observed. Results The were 3 cases of cervical cancer were died, the survival rate within 5 years was 83.33%, the survival rate within 5 years in the patients on phase Ⅰ was 80.00%, the patients on phase Ⅱ was 84.62%.Conclusion Early cervical cancer patients treated with surgical treatment can greatly improve the survival rate within five years, and safe, no significant adverse reactions, it is worth in the future to promote the use of clinical treatment
