氨磺必利与奥氮平治疗急性精神分裂症的临床对比研究

Clinical Comparative Study of Amisulpride and Olanzapine in the Treatment of Acute Schizophrenia

目的对比分析氨磺必利与奥氮平治疗急性精神分裂症的效果和不良反应。方法对我院符合CCMD-3诊断标准的精神分裂症阴性症状患者36例分别使用氨磺必利与奥氮平治疗。根据阴性症状量表(SANS)、不良反应症状量表(TESS)对两组治疗效果及不良反应进行评价。结果氨磺必利组治疗前的SANS得分为(49.88±10.23)分,治疗后为(18.48±4.91)分,奥氮平组治疗前的SANS得分为(50.10±10.37)分,治疗后为(19.27±5.17)分,两组患者SANS得分治疗后均降低,但两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。奥氮平组患者不良反应发生率高于氨磺必利组患者,结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论结合两组患者治疗效果比较,氨磺必利与奥氮平治疗急性精神分裂症阴性症状群的效果无较大差异,但奥氮平较之氨磺必利的不良反应更多。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of amisulpride and olanzapine in the treatment of acute psychiatric division. Methods Patients with negative symptoms in our hospital were selected, all of them were treated with amisulpride and olanzapine, respectively. The effect and the adverse reaction were evaluated with the negative symptom scale（SANS） and the adverse reaction symptom scale（TESS）. Results SANS score of amisulpride group before treatment was（49.88±10.23）, after treatment, the scores was（18.48±4.91）, SANS score of olanzapine group before treatment was（50.10±10.37）, after treatment, the scores was（19.27±5.17）, SANS score of two groups after treatment were lower, but there were no significant difference（P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of olanzapine group was higher than amisulpride group, with significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of acute schizophrenia negative symptoms, the efficacy of amisulpride and olanzapine is no significant difference, but the latter had more adverse effects.
