布地奈德混悬液联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗幼儿支原体肺炎疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Budesonide Suspension Combined with Azithromycin Sequential Therapy in the treatment of Children Mycoplasma Pneumonia Analysis

目的 研究布地奈德混悬液联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗幼儿支原体肺炎临床效果。方法 抽取2014年3月－2015年10月我院收治的50例幼儿支原体肺炎患者,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用布地奈德混悬液联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率96.0%,明显高于对照组的64.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且不良反应发生率低。结论 布地奈德混悬液联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗幼儿支原体肺炎效果好,安全性高。

Objective To study on the clinical effect of budesonide suspension liquid combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods Extracting of 50 children with mycoplasma pneumonia form March 2014~October 2015 in our hospital,were randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases in each.The control group were treated with routine medicine, observation group using budesonide suspension liquid combined with Azithromycin Sequential therapy method,to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and adverse reactions occur. Results The observation group total effective rate 96%, significantly higher than the control group 64%, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower. Conclusion Budesonide combined with Azithromycin Sequential Treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children has good effect, high safety.
