摘要
“绿色经济强省”是云南省新世纪发展战略。本文就“云南省绿色经济强省建设规划纲要” ,论述了生态省建设和生态经济发展的内在必然性及其现状、要求。
Strengthen the province by Green Economy' is Yunnan's development strategy in the new century. Based on “the Program of Strengthening Yunnan Province by Green Economy', this article discusses the internal necessity, current situation, requirements, and objectives in the near future, of constructing an ecological province and developing ecological economy, and finally the elevation of political awareness concerning construction of an ecological province.
