黄渡社区腹膜透析试点的建立与初步评价

Establishment and Preliminary Assessment of Huangdu Community Pilot Peritoneal Dialysis

目的探讨在社区建立腹膜透析试点的模式。方法利用三级医院-二级医院-社区卫生服务中心的对口支援模式,依托上级医院的医疗技术力量,在社区建立腹膜透析试点,培训腹膜透析专业医疗护理技术人员。按照卫生部腹膜透析标准化操作规范等行业文件,制定适合社区卫生服务中心的工作、管理流程,并对该模式的推广进行效果评价。结果通过3年多时间试点模式的建立,随访患者按时复诊人次数从2012年的205人次增加至1150人次,就诊率从53.2%上升为87.9%;随访患者对就医环境、技术水平、服务态度等各方面的满意率均在90%以上。结论在社区建立腹膜透析试点,合理配置了医疗资源,带来了良好的社会效益,具有可推广价值。

Objective To discuss the pattern of the peritoneal dialysis pilot established in the community. Methods On the basis of medical strength of the superior hospital and using counterpart mode of the tertiary hospital-secondary hospital- community health service center to help to establish community center for peritoneal dialysis and to train professional medical care technicians of peritoneal dialysis. According to the relative occupational documents on standardized operating specifications of peritoneal dialysis issued by the Ministry of Health, to formulate operating and managing procedures suitable for the community health center. A preliminary evaluation of the model was carried out. Results Through the establishment of the mode of peritoneal dialysis more than three years, timely referral of patients who were followed up from 2012, 205 passengers increased to 1150 passengers, the attendance rate increased from 53.2% to 87.9%; all the satisfaction rate on the hospital environment, technology, service attitude, satisfaction rate of patients were above 90%. Conclusion The community management mode of peritoneal dialysis can promote reasonable disposition and utilization for medical resources, which brings the great social and economic benefits, therefore it is worth popularizing.
