全程优质护理服务对肺结核患者治疗依从性的影响

Influence of Full Quality Care Service on the Treatment Compliance of Tuberculosis Patients

目的 探讨全程优质护理服务对肺结核患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 选择我院2013年1月-2015年12月收治的104例肺结核患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,按照患者知情自愿的原则将其分为观察组（52例）和对照组（52例）,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上采取优质护理服务,比较两组的治疗依从性。结果 观察组治疗依从性为96.2%,对照组为73.1%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对肺结核患者实施全程优质护理服务可以提高患者治疗的依从性,较好地改善病情,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of full quality care service on the treatment compliance of patients with tuberculosis. Methods The clinical data of 104 cases of tuberculosis patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. In accordance with the principle of informed consent, the patients were divided into the observation group（52 cases） and the control group（52 cases）. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given quality care on the basis of the control group, the treatment compliance of two groups was compared. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was 96.2%, and that of the control group was 73.1%. The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Full quality care service for tuberculosis patients can promote patient adherence to treatment, improve their condition, and is thus worthy of clinical application.
